The costs are a little messy because almost none of these computers have the original parts they came with anymore. So I will just give the prices of them based on the case they originally came in because the parts have stayed similar.

The Server

• Runs 64 bit Debian Testing
Cost: $120 worth of Raffle Tickets + $50 for new motherboard/processor (overclocking is bad)
and now also $40 for the Athlon 64 + $200 for the TBs + $70 for a power efficient PSU (old one failed) + $20 for some fans

The Desktops

Productivity Machine

• ATI Radeon HD 3650 AGP
• 2 - 21.5" ViewSonic
• OS: Debian Testing
Cost: Free. Hand me down. I run this with my other desktop using Synergy.

Runs Windows XP VM and chat windows
• Pentium 4 2.4ghz
• 1.5 gb DDR @ 266 mhz (limited by mobo)
• 1 - 40 GB Hard drive
• GeForce 6200 512 mb
• 21.5" ViewSonic
• OS: Debian Testing
Cost: $50 from an auction + $50 for the video card

The Laptops

My Best Machine - Now bed laptop

• 2 GB DDR2 ram
• 1 - 120 GB Hard drive
• GeForce Go 7600
• 15.4" screen
• Dual boots Debian Testing and Windows XP
Cost: $1900 The fruits of my three summer jobs one summer.

The Netbook
• Intel Atom 1.6 ghz
• 1 GB DDR2
• 1 - 160GB Hard drive
• 10.1" Screen
• OS: Eeebuntu (for the hardware support)

The First

Samba Server
• Pentium 3 500mhz
• 256 MB SDRAM
• 1 - 20GB Hard drive
• Some video card
• Headless
• OS: Debian Testing
Cost: $1500 + $150 (I think) For the GeForce 3 now in the server and also had a 17" monitor originally
